No spotandscruffy, open minded refers to being able to thick freely and see the world from different points of view. It has nothing to do with a plan in this case but in some cases it can refer to that like "i will keep my mind open to new suggestions".
This is not one of those cases. So thank you i will continue to dream, because without a dream how can there be an objective, and without an objective how can anything get done. dreams are the early forms of ideas and although mine concerning a perfect world might not come true i still have other dreams. You should try to dream sometimes.
