quick action demands quick results spot/scruffy

ok then spot/scruffy what about the perspective of those in Manchuria. Japan was clearly a threat to them. And what of those in China? might they be afraid. As far as i can see it quick actions require equally quick results. when Germany quickly took Czechoslovakia the League of Nations was Quick to respond(only they didnt do anything) and what exactly are we to think through that Manchuria was the one to throw the first stone and provoked Japan. I think not. By the way when there are people getting chopped up, salted, and tortured to the point of death i think that a quick and imediate reaction, whether of praise (God forbid), hatred, confusion, or fear.
