In my opinion Hitler is an evil person who's is taking an opportunity that was given to him by many resources, but it was the world's responsibility to reassure that Germany would not repeat history and create another Great War. The League of Nations knew what they were supposed to do but why have they let Germany get away with stirring the peace again? The important task, though, is to not concentrate on who is to blame for this, but to stop Hitler and Germany from going any further.
I fear that Hitler's taking over of Czechoslovakia is only a preview of what may come in the near future. Hitler is showing himself to be a strong and determined dictator, wanting more than a few small nations. But what does he really want? In my opinion I don't want to wait around till I find out. I pray that the world may not face another devastating war as they did with the Great war for that would put the world in yet another unfortunate situation.
